How do I start investing?

Contact us to be added to our waitlist. Once the DApp is live you will be able to sign up, onboard, and connect an external wallet and start investing.

How does your fund differ from others?

By tokenizing our fund and making it open ended through our DApp, we are able to accept investments of any size and pay out profit distributions seamlessly.

How do I withdrawal my money should I choose to?

All investments have a minimum time commitment of 5 years (similar to staking). Once the minimum time commitment is complete for an investment, that investment can be withdrawn at your discretion.

How are profits distributed and what if I want to reinvest?

Profits are the summation of cash flows from rental props and proceeds from any property sales during that quarter less fees and expenses. Profits are distributed quarterly in the form of stable coin to your external wallet.
